Jameson Custom Homes LLC offers our minimum one acre lots for building your new custom home and pool, or for sale. We have 7 lots available that are heavily wooded and all in prime locations within Benders Landing Estates. Ideally, we would love the opportunity to develop a relationship and earn your business to build a new Jameson Custom Home. These lots can easily accommodate estate-style homes, with custom pool and patio area, landscape and natural vegetation privacy. This section is fairly new in construction, but has roads in place as well as several new construction projects underway. These lots are under one acre, but will easily accommodate most home styles and leave room for the pool and landscape/yard. These lots are all in the Estates section of the Benders Landing Subdivision and in close proximity to the Rec Center, which contains several friendly accommodations including weight room, pools, park and fields! This location also is very convenient to access of Rayford Road, the main drive in the estates section.
