Jameson Custom Homes was established in 2004 and is family owned and operated, with the objective of providing the custom building market with a solid and well managed custom builder. It is our pleasure to provide an honest and predictable building process that is easy to understand, with emphasis on ultimate comfort and cost awareness.
We understand how valuable a trusted builder can be in today’s marketplace, and with over 20 years of combined construction experience, we have put forth the dedication and effort to become an established custom builder with a strong reputation. We continue to strive to improve our company and maintain excellent referrals from our current and past customers.
We are honored to have built custom homes in many subdivisions in and around the Houston area such as Benders Landing ( and Estates), Carlton Woods, High Meadow Ranch, Kings Lake Estates, Crown Oaks.
Building Process
Building with JCH:
Building a new custom home for most people is the largest investment that they will make. As experienced custom home building contractors we understand this potential anxiety and work very hard to developing open lines of communication from the day we meet, to establish a working relationship and trusted foundation.
Additionally, we are committed to help new buyers in design build, plan review, and also land acquisition. We are completely involved in interviewing our clients to learn as much as we can about their ideas and visions, as well as answer questions and concerns.
Our scope of work involves not only the building process itself, but also the development of plans, financial budget reviews prior to construction and during construction and effective communication through the entire build. We make it a priority to involve client input and ideas so that we can truly capture what we set out to achieve together.
